Founded in 2023 by Rorefah Achmad Novrandy, People Launcher is a consulting company that has been established to guide businesses through the challenges of the VUCA era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Meet the Founder

The Founder, Rorefah Achmad Novrandy has a strong educational background, as in Master of Human Capital Strategy Management from Trisakti University and Bachelor of Management from Trisakti School of Insurance and Bachelor of Law Studies from Terbuka University. He is a licensed and certified Human Capital Manager by the Indonesia Professional Certification Authority (BNSP), under certification number 70100-2421-6-4037-2024. With over 12 years of experience spanning financial services, logistics, agriculture, and professional services in dynamic start-up and well-structured structured conglomerate, Novrandy has developed deep expertise in human capital strategies, organizational transformation, and regulatory compliance.

Our Co-Founder, we call him Azis Pauzi. He has a strong financial services background, specializing in risk management and insurance sectors. He is licensed and certified as an Indonesian Associate Expert in General Insurance (Ahli Asuransi Kerugian Indonesia) by the Indonesian General Insurance Association (Asosiasi Ahli Asuransi Kerugian Indonesia). With over 12 years of experience in managing risk and insurance, he is currently employed at a general insurance company, a subsidiary of Indonesia's state-owned enterprises (BUMN).
